Le Sea Mammal Research Unit (SMRU) ayant également offert 3 balises GPS/GSM lors des suivis réalisés en 2007/2008.

Eight seals (including 5 in January to March 2006 and 3 in October 2007) were captured and fitted with GPS / GSM beacons in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. GPS locations were recorded per cell on a grid with a pitch of 0.05° covering the entire area frequented by seals during follow-up. The symbology of the map presented is based on the percentage of locations obtained in each of the cells.
