LEFE – Les Enveloppes Fluides et l’Environnment (Fluid Envelopes and the Environment).
CYBER – CYcles Biogéochimiques, Environnement et Ressources (Biogeochemical Cycles, Environment and Resources).
CYBER’s overall purpose is to contribute, by means of multidisciplinary research, to the acquisition of knowledge to improve the understanding, quantification and modelling of the interactions (impact and retroaction) among climate, biochemical cycles and marine ecosystems. CYBER encourages the use of methods combining in situ or laboratory experimentation, digital modelling, as well as the analysis and exploitation of existing sets of data. This research which is deeply rooted in the international research program environment, will mainly rely on two broad categories of study.
The CYBER database also serves as the interface between data exchange and data management when projects participate in international programs (e.g. GEOTRACES).
