Prescriptions linéaires du Plan Local d'Urbanisme Intercommunal (PLUi) - Roi Morvan Communauté (RMCom)

Les prescriptions d'un document d'urbanisme sont définies dans l'article R123-11 du code de l'urbanisme. Elles sont identifiées et localisées par les auteurs des documents d'urbanisme. Une prescription qui se superpose à une zone du document d'urbanisme exerce en général une contrainte supplémentaire au règlement de la zone.

Les prescriptions linéaires du PLUi de Roi Morvan Communauté concernent les marges de recul, les linéaires commerciaux et les haies, talus, alignement d'arbres.
